GSE

The grapefruit was discovered in the Caribbean and brought to the United States so that it could be processed and used, otherwise known as cultivated. If someone ever wanted to write a book called "The Fruits of Slavery" it would become a bestseller I'm sure of it. Grapefruit seed extract or GSE is one of many supplements that help the body remove infections caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. Grapefruit seeds also have antioxidant properties. Grapefruit seed extract consists of compounds such as citric acid, vitamin C, limonoids, minerals, flavonoids and sterols.

The actual grapefruit seed itself is made from the white membrane, pulp and seeds from the grapefruit. GSE is a natural alkalizing agent in that since it contains high amounts of the vitamins C and E, bioflavonoids; GSE in itself is strong enough to remove free radicals that cause damage and disease in the body. Grapefruit or GSE has properties that inhibit tumor formation by way of a detoxifying enzyme. since the grapefruit is able to make such toxins water soluble so that they can be escreted by the body. This tumor inhibition is very useful in cancers of the colon, breast, lung, skin and mouth. GSE also helps purify water.

GSE also makes the blood more alkaline by raising the pH balance. Since bacteria, viruses and fungus cannot live or grow to spread to other areas of the body when the body becomes very healthy with regard to alkaline and oxygen.

Essentially GSE is a remedy for ailments such as: Influenza A, measles, yeast infections, salmonella, thrush, swine flu, herpes simplex, and HPV. Of course, of course there are modern day vaccinations for these types of ailments or over the counter medications can be prescribed. But honestly, medicine has not reached a point to where medicine in vaccine or pill form can be of preventative measures for people of all ages and not just those under the age of 26 or 27. So what about the rest of the population? I say this because gosh, slavery does not seem to end there for many, many people. Strangely enough, it can continue until old age. The young will eventually rule because they will survive the rath of disease because of medications available to them. People past that age bracket of 26 or 27 will need a separate shed to put all of their survival supplements because of the lack of medical cure available. The shed will also be a place to live because slavery does not pay very much and there are usually no awesome benefits associated with these types of jobs. Is the lack of medicine cause for population control or simply creating world a new? - the old seem to make everything unhappy. Nevertheless, GSE should be added as a supplement in conditions of slavery for overall health. People use the adage that we must all learn to live as one but, just because another's world is unhealthy does not mean that yours has to be that way too-pardon the pun!

Transferring audio and video files

DRM or digital rights management is a technology used by publishers, copyright holders, electronics manufacturers in order to limit the use or restrict copying or the unauthorized copying of media content for sale or otherwise. Once DRM was implemented it became difficult to copy music and videos onto ones own computer on CD for general viewing. Many online stores use DRM in some form or another to discourage music sharing while others no longer use DRM so that the customer is allowed to have free access to whatever music or video they purchased. DRM is still used in regard to e-books.

The problem here is that while individual songs, albums or videos may be so called DRM free there still exists technology within the audio or video players; (that actually are responsible for playing the song or video) that prevent the creative material from being copied from that computer or mp3 player to another. Could this be another way of DRM? By having digital media companies that catalog and distribute music, videos or even e-books for sale, limit the transfer of copies of music ect. already sold through them because their "audio or music" players prohibit the transfer of the song or video ie. mp4(MPEG) to another electronic device mp3 or wav. This is because the "player" used consists of FairPlay encryption, which means that once the music, song or video content is downloaded onto the player the FairPlay encryption AAC stream will not allow you to decode your content to allow it to be played on another type of player.

Lets say someone downloads a few songs from an online store that distributes them. That online store allows you to download the songs or videos into a player that is designed or associated with that particular online store. If you purchased the songs a while ago and go back to the same website just to find that after a while your downloads are no longer available to download unless you purchase them again. If for some reason the DRM encryption does not allow you to store those music files to an online website or an external media device then you can possibly lose that music and video collection that you spend time and money to put together. This can occur when you download music directly onto a portable listening device other than a computer or tablet. DRM's impact will have already resulted because the player in turn is not user friendly or in compatible with the other computer, tablet or other music device for transfer that you want to use.

This can be seen as a company exercising anti-competition practices otherwise known as antitrust since the music, songs, videos or e-books themselves are not owned by the online distrubution store. Because the content (music, video,e-books) can then only be played or read on the player or viewer it was downloaded on to. Hence, cannot be converted to another player or mp3 whose functions are quite similar thus giving the online company a monopoly on the music it distributes and in effect preventing the customer from listening to music purchased through them unless they use the same device along with products such as speakers and other connectors to enable one to listen or watch videos on a larger screen. How does one travel from one format to another without the risk of unnecessary expense?

IDEA:

The FairPlay AAC converter

AAC or advanced audio coding is used in FairPlay use as it was implemented to replace mp3 since FairPlay files are protected and mp3's are not. This has become obvious because the FairPlay encryption will not allow mp3 conversion. What is needed is a device that contains software for AAC to mp3 or wav conversion(other formats can also be included). This device can be plugged into to headphone jack of your portable player, computer or tablet that contains the FairPlay or AAC files(music, video,e-book content) and then by usb or HDMI although you may need a mini connector depending on what device you are transferring to, you can then convert all of your FairPlay or AAC files to mp3's, wav or other format to be stored without FairPlay protection restriction. For example: one has a portable player they no longer want to use but has their entire music, video and e-book collection on it. Yes, it is stored away in an online storage capacity, but you still need the same type of device to access it. Do you: A) buy everything again, like disposable diapers knowing full well mama needs a new pair of shoes? B) keep the portable player forever by cleaning it as you would suede shoes? C) starve until you are blue in the face so that you can afford the expense of another portable player just like the one you no longer want? or D) decide to step on it by by avoiding steep costs of entertainment expenses and purchase the device that will allow you to take the audio jack of your portable player and connect it to your computer, tablet by usb; which will allow a program to appear so that you can then transfer all or only those FairPlay AAC files you want to mp3, wav or other formats so you can have them at your disposal anytime and are no longer relegated to a particular type of player or portable device. You can even use this device on the same computer to take FairPlay AAC files from your computer and transfer them to mp3 or wav. Just take the device and plug it into the headphone jack of your computer and then plug the usb or HDMI connector back into your computer. A program will appear and you can then transfer FairPlay AAC files to whatever format you want all by using the FairPlay AAC converter. Sometimes the flight amongst the clouds takes away from instrumental divine.

Ion Batteries

Ion batteries are used in cars and many electronics. When batteries overheat or are exposed to high temperatures they can explode or cause a fire to occur. This can happen as a result of the electronic eg. laptop or tablet is used very often and subject to constant recharging or exposed to extreme temperatures. Separators is a term used to describe electrical insulating material that enable lithium-ions to go back and forth in the batteries electrodes. The tiny openings within the separators then close off the batteries current when this occurs preventing the batteries from overheating. There are times when a battery can overheat and the separator is unable to stop it from doing so, thus subjecting the separator to melt or decompose. Newer separators contain polymers that close the current and another polymer that stabilizes the separator so that it does not breakdown or decompose quickly. This means that a separator will close off heat exposure and contain it at 130 degrees celsius and will prevent shortage or battery explosion up to 190 degrees celsius.

People travel with their mp3 players, laptops, tablets and most of all cell phones. The weather is changing due to earthquakes, tornados, floods and other disasters that have had an extreme effect on our earths temperature overall. When these events occur, they subject the earth to shift or move in that our climate gradually leaps past seasonal occurence such as snow or rain and when this happens water shortage or drought is of result because the areas subject to such damage shifted and thus weather that is normally expected did not occur. Electronics have become our everything because they are used to wake up to, remind us of things, work, play games, listen to, talk, message and watch. Heat occurs while these electronics are on, charging and are stored away or left in the light or sun for long periods of time.

IDEA

Products and electronics that contain lithium ion batteries need overheating sensors or battery distress indicators included in the software to warn the user that the electronic item will now be shut off to avoid battery explosion or damage to person using them. This should not be seen as advertising that such an item was manufactured defectively because it was made by laborers who are underpaid "even by their countries standards" or go without very much sleep and somehow that good old quality check was done halfway like the living conditions people with low incomes are subjected to; which resulted in a faulty product doomed for explosion once turned on during a hot and humid sunny day. If the software within the electronic item whether it be an mp3 player, tablet ect. could indicate to the user that the battery is in distress and therefore trigger an auto-shutoff this will not only save the owner or user from bodily or physical harm by fire to other things as well but it will indicate to the user that there is something wrong due to extreme heat, overuse or otherwise. Once it is shut off this will allow the electronic product you are using to cool down before you turn it on again to see it is working properly. Don't be the one to start the campfire, or cause everyone to leave the job minus a days pay- software that includes the battery distress indicator is needed!

Vasodilation

Vasodilation is the widening of the blood vessels because of smooth relaxation inside the vessel walls in the large veins, arteries and smaller arterioles. Vasodilation increases blood flow through the body to the areas that are in need of it. Vasodilators or medications that dilate blood vessels are used for conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, angina, congestive heart failure and other disorders.

Vasodilation subsequently has an effect on the removal of contractions that are dependent on intracellular calcium ion concentrations by lowering the calcium concentrations and phosphorylation of the light channel of the contractile protein myosin or dephosphorylation. Since magnesium can regulate the calcium ion stream in the neuronal calcium channels, as a supplement or injectable if a person were injected with Magnesium Sulfate or take the equivalent in supplements there is a good chance of dilation response regarding the arteries and improved blood circulation through the heart and the extremities, upper and lower in the body.

The body can be subjected to autoimmunity, which is when an organism within the body cannot recognise itself and the immune respose begins to fight against it since the body does not have an immune response against its own tissue. Large amounts of nitric oxide can cause some autoimmune diseases and also cause septic shock. Magnesium can assist in regulating production of neuronal nitric oxide. If one's Magnesium is depleted or a person is deficient due to poor diet and other factors vasodilation can lead to vasoconstriction whereby the arteries will become narrow and the vital organs will recieve less blood.

In having said all of this you're probably wondering what's next. Yes, I'm the type of person who becomes bothered about many things and usually tries to find a way to sort out such difficulty. In any instance we usually have to vote big brother in or out. People do not feel safe due to the overcrowding of neighborhoods that didn't really exist many years ago. When I first moved here, the only cars that parked on this block were those that belonged to homeowners and very few people walked through the street I live on. Things have changed, and I'm sure people said there goes the neighborhood when I moved there. Yes, we were without a welcome wagon, literally! Now you have the educated and hardworking all trying to find a decent place to stay, which of course is impossible due to high rents and low paying salaries. It is creative to take homes that no one will buy for single family use and then use them for more than one family, provided that the people who live there are not destructive, disruptive, unruly and do not harass others around them. The law for zoning is another thing regarding, how many people are actually allowed to live in an area or home. It is wise to protect the land and surrounding areas you live on and own, but it is just as wise to understand why people decide to move in areas that are deemed safe although they may not be zoned for multi home or family use. I can't blame someone for wanting to protect themselves from hazzardous surroundings, just as I don't want to live in them myself. I once wrote an article regarding the rehab or refurnishing of old buildings or houses to accomodate single or double occupancy studio or one bedroom apartments for people with very low incomes. If the jobs are not available for people to work and to be able to afford decent living without having to resort to adjusted living; supplemental or section 8 ect., then what else is a person supposed to do? Will there be a job waiting for them in the south when they finally pack up and go? I wrote about vasodilation and the widening of blood vessels to increase blood flow. The employment sector has vasoconstricted, in that the blood goes to do it's thing but really has a hard time flowing about. If there were safe areas and homes zoned for renovation then the appropriate vasodilation can occur without too much of a problem upon single unit homes and neighborhoods that can affect property values over time. The cost of living has not been adjusted across the board so that people like myself can move into safe, clean and affordable housing. In that tiny salaries should mean tiny expenditures such as car notes, rent and other necessities. Neighborhoods, cities and states have to realize that this is a national epidemic and can be of third world if the required adjustments are not handled properly. Just like the census that establishes a populus of people regarding gender, race ect. to determine the needs of a community, town, city or state. There needs to be a salary and employment census taken once every five years to demographically determine which areas have to be adjusted pertaining to the cost of living. Unless the powers that be want people like myself living on a set on 20 inch rims then, it may be time to gather salary and employment information in order to create safe, clean and affordable housing and living expenses in comparison to what people actually earn you know that "take home pay". The salary and employment census-when your salary vasoconstricts because they said" times were hard"; the town, city or state you reside in will implement cost status so it's residents can live in vasodilation!

Heart Oil

Does the body get enough rest that it needs? Is there a formula that we can use individually to help us determine that with the amount of work, moving around, food, supplements or medication and other daily activities done can determine exactly how must rest we need? Exercise and daily motion is considered good, but there are also other factors such as mental strain or stress that can also cause the body to need more rest than usual.

When dealing with the matters of the heart are they just physical limitations or is our mental capacity able to control it's normal pace and thus creating an environment whereby the heart can function for more than 80 years or so? Can the mind clear an irregular heartbeat? If our bodies have inadequate mineral content or eg. potassium, electrolytes then one can have an abnormal beating heart based the lack of sustenance in the body that is required for the heart to function. What causes deficiency? Is it environment, diet or lack of, something else or all of these? If our minds are being abused to the point that one is required to use it more than say those around them, does that induce the person's stress factors even if they have the capability? It can if the right knowledge factors or assistance are not instituted properly.

Let's look at this situation:

A female worker in her late 40's is faced with a problem at work. She feels that the entire issue is not something to get knocked up over or even cry spilled coffee about. This female worker has been given a few assignments that are suggestive of knowledge either formal or informal. She was given rather informal knowledge about these assignments from those who claim to or have certification to do the same assignment she has been asked to do. Since the work has to be completed by a certain time this particular female worker then began taking the knowledge she obtained informally to process all that needed to be done. She found teamwork rather difficult since it had become apparent that she was indirectly being treated as the whole team. How does this occur? If those that are certified in an areas of employ do not readily provide the necessary components of what is requested for a report or project, then how will the entire work requested be completed?
One may say well that is up the the female employee. But then again, why is that employee being put in a situation to do the work of the people who are certified in that particular area? Is it because those who are supposedly certified or given a title to do such a job really lack the compentency to do so, or will they deny that by stating that they are often lazy?
Demographically, how many types of people get paid for being incompetent or for being lazy? As a reason for not handing in such work if one is provided with certification or title, there should be no reason that such job could not be done. All this female worker suggested and often requested was for the other people with certification and or title was to informally write out certain procedures adherant to the issues of discussion within a criterior of the office. That was it. It seemed as though days turned into weeks, weeks into months and now not to far from when the assignment should be submitted. Eventually some of the work was submitted informally to this female worker from those supposedly certified as; as this female worker, worked to attempt a final completion. The aggravation resulted because the parties involved seemed to not "quite" understand what was needed to be submitted. As they were all told where to find the information, it was as if the more certified or titled one was the less they understood about what they needed to submit in actual representation of that knowledge and work. This female worker attempted to completion what was required, although not formally trained in that area. Although, she did not submit an artists rendering of what was required because she did not find it necessary-the female worker was just keeping it simple with stupidity. This situation among other incidents has caused this female worker anguish. Meaningful use, hence the term is when those that exist somewhat around you take upon a superior quality and are informally mean just to use you to obtain their work for them so they can use it as their own.

It is important to maintain a normal heart rate with such problems in life. When people sleep they often take their problems and tensions with them. Sometimes insomnia or other sleep disorders occur as a result. The calm heart oil is designed for those who may get palpitations or abnormal heart beats due to prolonged worries and strains of other people's problems and expectations of them. Because, these types of people just put the problems off on those to where much was not given. The calm heart-oil can be used during the day but it is especially helpful at night when worrying about the lack of participation from others regarding assignments and other issues where such input is medically and or technically necessary. The calm heart-oil consists of: fish oil, magnesium, hawthorn, flax seed and berberine. Just apply the calm heart-oil which comes in a variety of scents on the chest area. The aroma and eucalyptus properties of the oil will stimulate the heart to it's normal rhythm as you rest. Thus preventing bouts of abnormal beats. Many of us are given a small bag of potatoes to survive with. When workers peel off at the end of the day and give you double work due to the nature of demographic success, that's no reason to double up on your heart rate. The calm heart-oil understands the agua language!
Asystole

Asystole is a condition or rate of a heart beat without electrical activity and without electrical activity the heart is unable to pump blood. It can be seen as a flat line on a heart monitor as in death. There is primary asystole and secondary asystole. Primary asystole occurs when heart cells can no longer produce their metabolic process in order for your heart to continue it's function. As people get older their bodies are subject to degeneration of cells as part of the aging process. If people do not take care of their bodies and one's health becomes of risk and subject to heart blockages or blocked arteries, that results in heart attacks because blood can no longer flow through the heart properly. Secondary asystole is a component of the first asystole. When the body is deprived of oxygen or by being underwater and an overdose can cause the heart to go into asystole.

Since asystole is not exactly located on a map depending on the one you may be looking at for direction, one may not be able to find it's physical location. Asystole is not some quaint little town overseas known for its artistry and ancient style that people congregate to walk the cobblestone grounds and eat at one of the many outdoor eateries as they take in such breathless scenery.

Lots of times accidents or situations occur when you simply need a doctor in the house. Time is of the essence and what makes one famous is often what one uses as such for a cure of any malady cometh upon one, as for the lesson in history. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is a procedure performed to stimulate the heart and brain in order to sustain life in an individual when a person cannot do it on their own as when one has no pulse, heartbeat and is not conscious. Circulation of blood and oxygen to the brain is vital. Tissue death along with brain damage is what can result from the brain and heart being deprived from oxygen. CPR involves chest compressions of about 5cm deep and 100 beats per minute to create the effect of external stimulation and flow of blood to the heart. The goal of CPR is to make the body's heart begin to beat on it's own again or to create a heart rate or rhythm in which a defibrillator can be used to restore it. Unfortunately defibrilators only work on rates or rhythms such as ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia. Please note: there exists heart rates or rhythms called coarse and fine ventricular fibrillation. In this instance the body produces random electrical activity because the cells in the body and heart are damaged because of the lack of oxygenated blood flowing through it. This causes the heart to die and cease electrical activity this leads to asystole and death.

Portable CPR devices are on the market and are somewhat costly. What is really needed is to combine both CPR and defibrillator into one machine. The reason for doing so is this: Portable CPR machines are mechanical devices that work battery operated or plug outlet. The CPR machine sits atop the individual as it stimulates the heart by using a pump to get the heart to beat on it's own. It goes at the same rate as if one were doing it by hand at 5cm deep and 100 beats per minute. Time would be saved if the portable CPR machine would then become a defibrillator at the sign or detection of a heart rate or rhythm coming from the person. The CPR and defibrillator machine operation would have two leads that extend out from the machine. These leads will connect to the corresponding lead connectors that are attached to the defibrillator pad/electrode. The entire defibrillator pad/electrode is placed on the patient. The actual device or pump that is responsible for stimulating the person heart can be placed atop the defibrillator pad/electrode, it will not interfere with the mechanical CPR function. The computerized machine inside the CPR/defibrillator machine will generate any existing heart rate from the person, the machines screen or one can be attached by HDMI or USB will show ekg activity. Once the heart begins to develop a rate or rhythm the defibrillator will instaneously by voice activation say "heart rate or rhythm detected" and will countdown and deliver a shock to the persons heart. It will continue to do this until the heart begins to function again. This machine can be continued to be used in the ambulance or aircraft while taking the person to the hospital. It has an optional battery backup as well.

By allowing the mechanical CPR and defibrillator machine to do it's job the other technicians around now have time to decide if dextrose, or epinephrine should be given to the patient in order to dilate air passage ways and for cellular respiration. In the event of sodium channel toxification Vernakalent which is an antiarrhythmic will block the sodium channels from producing the asystole in a person. Ventilation with endotracheal intubation and oxygen can be used to establish regular heart beat along with sodium bicarbonate to assist the heart in beating normally and in stable condition.

It's not nice to bury folks alive and you won't have to with the portable mechanical CPR and defibrillator machine.

Going Somewhere-Deployment?

Technology is supposed to make things easier and enable things to get done faster and most of all cheaper. Which is why many of us who entered at least the workforce portion of advancement, embraced technology because it was a gadgety way to do a job while the most laborous tasks were reduced. Unfortunately, in the deployment sector in getting from one nation to another one in terms of operating systems on computers that rekindled a laborous reunion. I do not mean to sound somewhat unappreciative of work and the little it affords me these days; as I run for the second bus I take to go home in a hurry, all so that I can really reduce my extravagant lifestyle and save my coffee money for the other things that are needed. I will say one thing, and that is- deployment ain't easy!

Computers for many are the life support of business. People have been using them for so long it would be difficult to imagine not working without them. As technology advances and things are run faster and more efficiently, upgrades and other changes are made to operating systems and or the foundation of the computer with which everything that is downloaded afterwards rests on. So it becomes imperative to have an operating system that is up to date so that any and everything else you need to install or use from that computer is able to be used or at least installed resulting from an operating system that compatible. There are times that this works in the reverse in that you can have many companies that still use older operating systems because of the deployment issues which would take time away from running a large company and also the money involved in that no one likes to hear that they will need or require new computers to run the latest and greatest operating system in addition to the cost of the number of licences you need to purchase to install that same operating system cd or downloaded on to each computer. This is why when you need new computers it's cheaper to get the latest operating system available because afterwards its a case of friendly fire.

When companies are put in situations where they have to upgrade to advanced technology to keep up with the competition, since older equipment and software are subjected to problems and limitations in that it's age and wear begin to show and you spend more time trying to fix the problem then you do working with the computer that is supposed to enable you to do the job you do efficiently. Then the announcement, beginning on such and such a day we will no longer be using the system we are using now because we have created a partnership with a company that rhymes with hell and from that point on your computers must be equipped with the following in order to access our web based software as we are working on being compatible with other operating systems and web browsers. An event like this can put one in a pickle. Of course the first thing you think of is contacting your local IT guru and ask that he or she find a company that does not rhyme with hell and one that will buy back your computers that you often eat your sparse lunch over anyway, in exchange for new ones with that operating system that is so needed to take you into the future until the next one comes out. Sounds easy, just leave the calls to him or her and all you have to do is remove a few crumbs and throw those things into a box and your job is done. Once the newbies arrive hey, that's what the company pays IT for, installation and connection to your other devices. With that check, you can show your appreciation by just wearing one hat!

The downside is that IT can be expensive and at times show their realness by their fees. So if it takes them several hours to fend a company willing to accept used stuff and to then order new stuff with all of what you need on them including the time it takes for the network and routing aspects to be configured along with virus free and security features a company can easily get billed over $1,000. With such charges and costs your superiors can incur, they may walk in with a visor and inform you of their decisions resulting from the costs of technology. Since we only have one head there may be times we have to compromise and end up somewhere in the middle. To deploy from one operating system to another is not easy. The software to do so is free online but to locate it and make sure you have downloaded and are able to access the correct software is another- which is why this is free-the expertise and or experience to do all of this is why one pays; as this all involves stuff like the migration tool kit and automated installation ISO files kit. You also need the latest operating system and a license to use it on more than one computer. Is there a simpler way to do this without breaking the bank for small businesses and without having an employee gain valuable experience, lessons in hunger and without a way to get home by doing this themselves?

IDEA:

The latest operating system software can be installed on an computer provided that computer meets the requirements needed so that it can be installed successfully. Once you install a new operating system you wipe out all that was originally on your computer. What really happens with your old files is that they get put into a windows file called windows.old. If you prefer you can then open this file up and set up everything like you had it before. But if this is not a hobby and you are not retired, then this is not something you want to spend time doing. In the business world or in school you would need quick access to your information just as you had it before in order to reduce the amount of down time you have already had by installing the computers and or operating system. There are easy file transfer software programs on the market that will transfer your files and data but you still have to back them up externally in order to do so and spend time putting everything back onto your desktop ect. The Deployment Conference USB backup hub is a usb backup device embedded with deployment utilities software that will capture all of your data and create a catalog of links from your computer files. This includes your desktop, user profiles and application settings, documents and even my favorites on your web browser ect.. The Deployment Conference USB backup hub is a plug and ready device. All you do is connect the usb hub to your computer's usb port and the software will appear. Since it can automatically detect user profiles it will ask you to select which ones you want to backup? You can backup all of them or just select which ones you want individually. Since the software is designed to capture all of your data and it's setting as you had it last, you can then restore the contents of your computer once you upgrade to the latest operating system. The Deployment Conference USB backup hub is also designed to be used by more than one computer. You can buy a hub for 1 computer user or you can purchase hubs so that you can backup up 5,10,20 computers. The Deployment Conference USB backup hub's software will allow you to backup several computers by using just one hub. The software will prompt you by asking if you want to backup another computer, if you purchased a hub for more than one computer. If you select no it will stop and you can then use your backup once you are done. If you say yes, then begin to select the user profile(s) you want to be backed up. The hub will begin to backup the information in the next slot available ie. computer 2 and you can continue untill you have used all of the computer slots available for storage. As you continue backing up, depending on how much you have stored on each computer will depend on if the hub can actually store 4 or 5 computers or 8 to 10 computer ect. This is because many people put more memory into their computers after they purchase them so this may affect storage capacity if most of the memory or space is used. Once you have installed your new operating system you are ready to use The Deployment Conference USB backup hub will transfer the files and data just as you had them on your old operating system. You simply connect the hub to the usb port on your computer and the software will ask you if you want to backup or transfer files? If you are a 1 computer user you will then just select the user profiles that you want to transfer and press transfer. If you have more than one computer, the software will ask you what computer you want to transfer and what user profile(s). You select what computer you want transferred and profiles and then press transfer. Your information including your desktop will look as you had it before the operating system change as it also saves your favorites from your web browser as well. The software will also allow you to individually access what you stored and delete files or profiles to create room for new ones. The Deployment Conference USB backup hub is good for restoring information when it is lost due to a computer virus or for computer backup. So now you can carry on as usual by using The Deployment Conference USB backup hub. Instead of getting behind in that head, use it to get ahead- afterall where would you wear your cap?

UV-C Light

UV-C light makes up part of the ultraviolet light spectrum. The "C" in UV-C (260 nanometers) is the frequency of the light that enables the light to destroy germs or at least 99.9% of them. The light frequency allows itself to alter the genetics of a virus, germ, molds or bacteria and kill it by destroying it's DNA and RNA. In doing so, harmful germs can no longer be spread. UV-C light is considered germicidal by attacking the nucleic acid of the harmful microorganism as it creates a sterile effect; and as such if something cannot reproduce it will them die since it cannot spread.

Question

Do medical practices make use of disinfecting their offices routinely in an effort to kill off germs, viruses ect. to prevent them from harming physicians, their staff and other patients?

Answer

They may justfiy cleanliness by using hand sanitizers and stating that their already very high rent includes a cleaning company that comes around each day; and that they of course sterilize instruments and use disposable gowns, gloves and clean paper-even when no one is looking.

UV-C light is radiation by shortwave ultraviolet light. Low level mercury in lamps is actually responsible for producing the energy that creates the UV-C in electric light. With the use of special glass or low-pressure plasma that permits light rays of over 250 nanometers by wavelength, produces the effect that causes the destruction of harmful microorgamisms that are absorbed by the light.

How can this light be used in a pratical sense in a medical office? Please note: The same staff at the front desk is sometimes often the same people that work in medical background of the office as well. Given this instance and time with the factors that include ensuring proper cleaning of an office ect., there may be situations where a staff person is unable to run around with a wand in one hand along with a messenger bag, winter coat, mail and specimens in the other hand in order to give appropriate time and attention to ridding the office of bacteria, germs, viruses and molds as they prepare to leave for the day.

IDEA:

UV-C Adhesive Strip Light. These mini disposable strip lights can be used anywhere and for sanitary purposes provide up to 2 months of use. The UV-C lights are minature in size and have a battery life of up to 2 months (if used without ever turning off). The UV-C adhesive strip light is a minature light designed to be used with a lithium battery. By pressing a tiny button you can turn the light on or off or have it strobe at different speeds. For instance it can stay on entirely or it can strobe for 15,30 seconds or a minute before briefly starting up again. This type of light is designed to be placed over the exam room counters, and inside the lab or where you do your patients specimen processing and testing. They can also be placed near exam room tables and inside bathrooms, waiting rooms and at the reception desk areas. Each day as one prepares the exam rooms for each patient the light can be turned on to clear the room of harmful germs and then turned off again. Since they are disposable you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or looking for yet another outlet to plug something else into as these lights are able to function to destroy harmful pathogens without the use of plug in electricity. The low level battery indicator will appear when the UV-C adhesive strip light needs to be replaced. Once the light is finished, just remove the UV-C adhesive strip light and replace it with a new one. The UV-C adhesive strip lights, also comes in a smaller size so they can be placed inside the top of sharps containers or waste boxes to destroy pathogens or contaminants that are airborne.

Incidents of Pneumonia, Influenza, tuberculosis and hepatitis can be prevented with the use of the UV-C strip light. Now you no longer have to worry about running from room to room or finding a place to store another product in. Time is money, and you can only do so much with what you have... Allow those viruses, germs, OSHA to see the light with the UV-C adhesive strip lights!

At the Heart of the Problem

Our hearts keep us physically alive and present on earth. They beat at a normal, slow or rapid rate. Many times there is not a cause for concern because the heart could be reacting to factors that contribute to it's speeding up or slowing down. This can be caused by bosses that speak in tongues or even the food you ate. If your heart is normal and you have no underlying conditions you should be ok once you relax and eat foods that maximize the hearts producivity.

Surgery is frightening even if it is outpatient. So most of the time it is best to avoid it if possible. Yes, you can have a wonderful surgeon who happens to be thoughtful as well by not blaming you for the condition of your health but by indicating that your problems were out of your hands. Life has it's own set of values consisting of competency and prediction which are difficult to juggle. One can be competent or have knowledge and experience to do one sordid thing or another but to predict an outcome of any surgery or procedure requires another set of skills. This means of course in laymens terms that once can perform an operation no matter how minor, but other problems may arise thus causing things not to go very well. That didn't mean that most of the surgical team was not competent or unable to do the most simplest of procedures, it just means that the acquired language of life and it's elements could have become dated or rather aged or expire and given that nomenclature of linguistic communication things go awry.

There are risks in everything and even with the surgical team you have in assisting you with the job. We all have a linguistic component that gives rise to how people communicate in attempts to get a job done or motive to assist with any donation of that can transplant itself into saving something even if it is oneself. And given that complex of element within the universal span of survival people will often use a sacrificial lamb for their own little dirty devil. Sometimes the table is set before the surgeon arrives. In doing so by alterior preparation, so that when things go wrong the surgeon; he or she can bass up in the face of one who carries the burden of the lamb. Is this appropriate work ethic, to tell a little lie at the table? No, absolutely not. But, work is related to surivial as kill is related to hunt. Work will produce at least a portion of the means you need to survive, some people have to live with their parents or go on section 8 or supportive food and housing to get the rest. To hunt and kill is the slaying in defense of preservation by universal sacrifice of what one believes can be used to be rescued to avoid expiration.

The heart as do other body parts have their own way of expiring or as they can develop an onset of problems that reduce chances of longevity. As with health insurance there is that deductible that is all too high and with the heart there are homocysteine levels that if elevated can cause problems. Although many insurances consider this test experimental. Those premiums who infact make things very difficult to afford and really control the intake thus, more pressure on the heart to endure all that should be affordable regarding the cost of living. Efforts should be made to lower the cost of living in each state with regard to housing, food and other necessities according to lowered earnings; something also needs to be done about lowering the homocysteine levels in our bodies so that they do not contribute in producing abnormal hreat rates or arrhythmias. We can take Vitamin B6, B12, Folate and Selenium but that alone may not be all that is needed as homocysteine increases in our bodies as we get older.

TMG or Trimethlyglycine is the chemical term for betadine. This is extracted from sugar beets. TMG is considered part of the methyl group that protects cellular DNA. It therefore also lowers the homocysteine levels (which is an amino acid) concentration in our bodies by breaking down homocysteine because the body is unable to. Once the homocysteine levels are lowered the heart can continue to beat normally because the damage to the lining of the arteries is reduced and which also reduces the chances for blood clots. Premiums exist as do deductibles and are the topic of discussion. If we could control things insurance matters would be foremost. When it is used to reduce the amount of food on our plates and not become affordable perhaps by lowering the amount of homocysteine in our bodies we could prevent a major use for health insurance. That's one way of telling those premiums where to go!
Specimen Pickup

Wouldn't it be nice to have a tab and or app created especially for specimen pickup? This request is not from a disgruntled employee who is asking for diaper service(we didn't do disposables in my day and green diapers were unheard of or the ambiguous term was yet to be defined-people were so cool with colors); although I had fun helping out once they finally became the norm. In medical offices you have your different labs that process blood, urine, and other cultures and samples. These laboratories are not located in the actual physicians office and specimens therefore require transport of them to the labs that do this type of work in performing tests that indicate results of one thing or another. One may say well if the physician works out of a buliding and not his or her home then surely the driver for each lab will frequent the facility or building for general pickup so any such specimen will be included in the pickup if left when designated, which is most likely in a specimen room and in the appropriate specimen box. This is not always true. There are many medical buildings that house or are the home of offices that do a lot of physical therapy and other types of corrective measures and do not use the same labs that a physician may use for their specimens. There are times that a driver may come to a building or facility just to find that there are no specimens to be picked up. This does not mean that the physician did not put in a good days work. It simply means that either there were no specimens to go out, CLIA tests sometimes account for this or the problems and complaints from the patients did not necessarily result in lab tests being done on that visit. Since insurance companies dictate what lab you use unless you want to pay more money; which may mean, that days worth of work and the specimens all went to one lab and the driver from the other lab came to that facility for nothing. Companies are in a bind and are always looking to reduce money they have to pay for services that are not being utilized or needed. So companies cut back and when they do, that service you had, that was as reliable as the diaper kind is no longer there.

Is this a conspiracy to cause physicians to create inner labs within their offices with the use of compliant CLIA products and equipment so that the test results are instant as opposed to waiting a day or two or maybe even three especially over the weekend or holiday? Have these labs somewhat partnered with those that manufacture CLIA based tests in order to develop various testing applications and instrumentation to be used in physician offices so that these specimen labs can be freed from easier and "routine" testing ie. pt/inr and cholesterol? If this is done will the labs can concentrate on the testing and experimentation of more, newer and baffeling diseases and illnesses to produce an accurate testing mechanism and turnaround time for such tests? When the labs are overworked along with their employees and the demand of testing for newer kinds of things with regards to strains of diseases and viruses; it has become apparent that such labs be used more in this capacity as opposed to waiting for doctors from France, Germany, Italy or Spain to give a call at the end of the day to research centers here in the US to inform them that they have diagnosed an illness, given it a name, and found a way to remedy it; while the US was just waiting for some grant monies and federal funding to get state of the art labs that are much needed up and running.

Can the US succeed in something besides our differences and without giving the credit to people overseas? Will doctors be able to now perform the myriad of tests that are CLIA based and be able to afford the equipment in their offices; and also be compensated enough to continue to do such testing? These Medicare cutbacks, are really just a suggestion to implement physician stipends in order for doctors to remain in practice beyond the EHR incentives timeline.

It may be time for other approaches to problems that continue to not only persist but develop. The versatility of the worker is a must although each person is human, it seems as though in order to do this a divine capacity is needed. Depends probably don't stay on the shelf for long. The divine worker is human and should not need them for many years to come. Let's not create such a situation. Time is precious and so are our bodies and minds. Can such specimen testing labs create a tab that will enable the office worker to request a specimen pickup and as such provide a confirmation number after the message is sent? Sure, the phones are great when you have the time to use them, you know the waiting among the other things that need to be done. This way, once specimens are entered or processed into the labs system a request for pickup can be done literally at the same time. Let's depend on the US. My budget and time is tight enough and those things are probably costly!
