Problem

Wars are costly.  It takes money and resources to supply the government with the necessary ammunition available to continue battle.  When the government doles out money to all those that need it, they have less and less money to spend in order to continue their cause for peace and or vindication.  This effort has taken a toll on our economy in that when the government has to cutback, everything else is affected. Which means, if you are one that relies on funding and because of wartimes you will perhaps get less of what you need then you have less to use and work with.  This can affect companies and organizations who need to hire staff and have have money to use in order to keep a company in operation.  If you have fewer people and less supplies then there stands a chance that you may not get as much done until you have adequate finances available.  When fewer people are hired spending goes down because now people have less to spend because they are out of work.  This also applies to saving because the little money one does make goes towards necessities and once that is done there is not very much to save.  The government has a budget of sorts in that it only allows a certain amount of money to be printed. If we spend or circulate more money than what is allowed then we enter a debt or deficit.  I often thought of this debt or deficit as an imaginary enemy that the government uses to control spending to keep a desired foundation within it's country. No debt collection company is let's say, going to call the white house  and ask to speak with the person in charge and inform them; "You have not paid your bill of ten trillion dollars. It seems to us that you have gone to town with the money. Did you make these purchases?, if you did then we expect payment as we are a debt collection agency from the as mentioned creditor whereby you have made all of these charges.  How much can you repay us each month?  Would you like to arrange a payment plan or seek deficit counseling so that we can reduce this debt? If not then this information will appear on your deficit report and will prevent you from getting good credit when looking to other countries and buying stuff. Furthurmore, bankruptcy if you decide to file will stay on your record and please be advised there are somethings that you cannot declare bankruptcy for.  Is there a family member who can loan you the money to pay us or do you have anything to sell in order to get the money?"  No one has ever contacted anyone in the white house regarding the collection of such expenses. Neither have they cancelled their credit cards or request that they seek credit counseling or suggest that they stop giving money to other countries or nations until they pay the money to the debt collector. Could this country use a budget or another way of allocating their money?

Solution

The current budget involves that the workforce be trimmed so that there is less for the government to give monies to.  This condensed budget means that when someone applies for food stamps or rent stipends, what is affordale is very meager or on poverty level. So now the government gives less.  If military expenses were given their own budget and expense list separate and apart from civilian life and expense the deficit would not be as nearly as large.  Since lots of money goes into defense it needs its own zip code because that amount adds up to the expense of a good sized country or a few of them.  The new citizen budget would only  reflect what the public spends and borrows as it pertains to business and economy and what it may give or loan to other corporations for profit of sorts.  This effort will only reduce debt and civilian deficit since the money will be returned after venture of success has been restored. Freedom has become a double edged sword in that yes, one can pay a price for it but then there is no price for freedom in regards to it's value or worth.  Battle to produce rights and opportunity in America is very costly because of what is necessary to maintain order.  In doing so we have obtained one in freedom but without the priviledge of opportunity. The argument is that you cannot have one without the other.  Economically, we suffer because of the sacrifices that are made for the defense of this country in relation to the world. This also means that the deficit or budget has caused citizens to be affected by it.  If this nation would create an economy thereby separating military and civilian budgets, it would allow the civilian economy to continue in its own existence without being affected from the lack of government support.  Because this nation depends on military support for defense structure the government will then take stock of what it needs to provide and therefore print enough money within it's own separate budget to provide for that means of protection.  If the money is necessary for defense. Then enough money will be printed to pay for it.  When we think of budgets we will buy no frills or non expensive brands or even do without until absolutely necessary. But if we adapt to a system of supply like cable companies do with TV, Phone and Internet the budget makes more sense because we have separated budgets in to three categories, civilian, war, overseas(those who need help).  With tv we do not dowloads programs or shows we cannot afford to pay for-well that means less money to Greece!  If on our phones minutes are low or then that means we must only loan huge corporations the money  that we are able to keep track of their progress and know how they will payback the loan!  If your internet is in constant use then you have a budget for that so that you do not need to siphen it from elsewhere in war time by going to the TV and phone, because if it is necessary you will print the money to pay for it. This economy has saved many people from trips to the stores. How clummsy! The government should try this trip-le play instead!
