Purposes of Copyright

You have just written a book. It may not be the Almanac or any King James Version of the bible, but it is still your book. It has been said that once  a book is written and because it is of your own creative writing, the book is considered  "automatically" copyrighted. This simply means that the creativity belongs to you. Unless your book or work is protected in a timely fashion it may be subjected to become copied by someone else. Yes, two or more people can have and use the same idea. However one's approach and or method of conveying a thought or message may be different and subject to interpretation.

The use of a copyright is therefore important for those who do not want their words or work misued or represented in any way other than the author or artist intended.

When such a situation occurs if the artists or authors work has been copied; it ultimately subjects the style or outcome of the artists or authors message by altering it because another writer or artist has used it out of context, perhaps. It then becomes another piece of work that has been plagarized for personal gain towards a subject matter as copied by the plagarizer. In gaining a captive audience by using the original or creative work, a person who plagarizes could recieve benefits in all endeavor of the original artist.

Individuals pursue matters of copyright because they want to preserve their own creative understanding and interpretation. A writer or artist may take a standpoint by which their work was completed or done in effect to communicate a meaning or broader message. Thid also includes any symbolic gesture included in such a writing or artists work. It would sadden any person of creative thought to have their work sabotaged resulting from infringement of copyright for purposes of abuse or misrepresentation of the piece of work that was used without permission from the author.

When work or a book is to be used in example or statement, if not copyright protected the subsequent release of work to publishers and or government entity for legal claim as authored by them can and will severly hamper efforts done by the original writer or artist of good intentions. Artists do not like or appreciate their works of being exposed or "unrighted", in that once the particular work is used in that manner and context it will create a negative perception upon the authors work and the impression of the author by infringement and disguise of work.

Ultimately, the writer and artist should be made aware of the progress within their seeking copyright until that pricess is complete. All stages of copyright and phases within should be issued via e-mail or copyright website. This would inform the creator of the stage of copyright process. It would also ensure that creative materials being copyrighted are done in an timely limit.

Part of the creative control process to certainly inform one of the copyright stage and process of copyright protection their work is in. This also assists in the whereabouts of work and to make sure that completions submitted are not lost and or translated elsewhere by persons of infringement. Because in effect the purpose of a copyright and it's application is to prevent such a purpose of infringement and not to serve as plagarizing conspirator. When copyright is complete and the certificate is available it should be able to be printed or downloaded from one's computer.
