Pieces: Johnny, may I have a word with you?
Johnny: Yes!
Pieces: Please tell me what happened, some old lady you got there- a real challenge to you!
Johnny: Mother abusively yells at me so that do and learn all she wants me to. People who live nearby got tired of her constant yelling and torture of me. They called the police and the cops took me away.
Pieces: Who are you staying with now?
Johnny: I am living with mother and grandmother.
Pieces: I will return with a decision.

ANALYSIS:

Johnny Tyke is a four and a half year old child who has an obsessive and controlling mother. Ms Tyke and Johnny's father are divorced. Ms. Ava Tyke has custody of her son Johnny as Johnny's father has visitation rights. Ms. Tyke was teaching Johnny to tie his sneakers the way she wanted them to be tied. The constantly yelling at Johnny caused neighbors to contact the authorities. Ms. Tyke was reported. She and Johnny were taken along to family services where she was evaluated. It was suggested by a counselor that both she and her son Johnny undergo therapy twice a month. This would be to curtail her obsessive treatment of him and controlling of Johnny as he is still a kid. Ms. Tyke states thatshe felt that it was time Johnny learned how to do things properly and that she was just teaching strict guidelines and learning habits while he is still young. Ms. Tyke furthur states teaching her son was not abuse. She also says that she tries to keep an "open" relationship with Johnny's father who currently provides child support and Johnny visits him during the summer. Mr. Tyke keeps his relationship with Ms. Tyke, Johnny's mother strictly about their son since he has remarried. She constantly calls Johnny's father regarding the many problems "she says" she has with Johnny their son.
Pieces: So this is how you become the other woman!

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that Ms. Tyke and her son Johnny continue therapy for the sake of Johnny as it will help her to cope with her divorce from Johnny's father.
