CIVIL MATTER

Plaintiff

vs.

Defendant

Johnny and Ava Tyke are in pieces over a mishap that prevented them from tying the knot peacefully.

Pieces: So this is the fella that had you anchors away!
Ms. Tyke: I was so overjoyed. At first it looked like it wasn't going to happen but he eventually pulled through.
Pieces: Then what is your argument?
Ms. Tyke: It was hardly the way I wanted it. He whined and screamed throughout the whole ordeal.
Pieces: Why do you think that was?
Ms Tyke: I've only been with him for a couple of years. I really thought that this was the next of many steps to come but obviously Johnny felt very different.
Pieces: Different in what way?
Ms. Tyke: The little devil was trying to bow two at the same time and I called his foul.
Pieces: Which would make him a bigamist, how did you find out about this other woman?
Ms Tyke: The other woman, I am the only woman in his life right now.
Pieces: So he decided to settle with you and get rid of the other person he was involved with?
Ms: Tyke: I had to pull that doll away from him so he could concentrate on one thing at a time. Which was an impossible task. But I managed and now its been reported.
Pieces: I must say that you are quite aggressive. I just hope that this young man proves to be worth it to you. Now with regard to his bigamy status.
Ms. Tyke: Bigamy status?
Pieces: That's why were here, isn't it?
Ms. Tyke: He's staying with me for now, if that's what youre referring to.
Pieces: Where is Johnny now?
Ms. Tyke: He right over there...
Pieces: Maybe he shoulda picked on someone his own size, he probably thinks this is munchkin court.
Ms. Tyke: There is nothing wrong with his size. He's been checked out and is in good health...

Pieces will resume...
