CIVIL MATTER

Plaintiff

v.

Defendant

Latisha Doone and  Shane Wyatt decided to settle their dispute with Pieces after a "shopping list" that got a bit ugly.

Pieces: Look you had it in your pocket so long, I could hardly see what's written!
My. Wyatt: She feels as though I am supposed to etch these things out of stone.
Pieces: She says that she was only asking for the basics.
My. Wyatt: The basics, that greedly trollip, was eating me out of house and home!
Pieces: Mr. Wyatt it is your greed that I am most concerned with.
Mr. Wyatt: GREED! Did you see what she was asking for?
Pieces: Well I'm sure you didn't lose your best friend over this.
Mr. Wyatt: I'm gonna hold on to that one, but the others proved to be fair weather, I tell ya.
Pieces: Then this woman was faithful to you so what is the problem? A list of milk and eggs got you so angered... Ms. Doone what kind of man did you marry?
Yacht Replicas: If I may say a few things at this time.
Pieces: You may do so.
Yacht Replicas: It seems as though Mr. Wyatt bought a replica of a water item that I sold him. Ms. Doone was a bit bugged about it because it wasn't the real thing. Here is the price as listed for what she really wanted.
Pieces: Yikes! The next time all I can say is don't tempt her with the replica.
Triple Top Builders: Ms. Doone also contacted us regarding the purchase of a high end apartment including a doorman and other luxuries, in which the finances were discussed with Mr. Wyatt.
Pieces: At asking prices like those, that would have been her only residence and vacation home as well. No more fancy excursions or getaways.
Custom Wheelers: Ms. Doone requested that her "man" buy her a rather rare custom convertible. I told him something regarding the price, year, make and model she wanted and it would be inappropriate for me to repeat what he answered back with during our discussion.
Pieces: Ok, Ok I get it. I will be back with my decision.

ANALYSIS

Ms. Doone and Mr. Wyatt had been dating seriously for several years, they began dating long after the year of that convertible she requested.  Ms. Doone soon wanted a more extravagant lifestyle. It was then that Mr. Wyatt announced he was unable to afford all of her desires although the two eventually married. Recently, Ms. Doone filed for separation and is currently living apart from Mr. Wyatt but is still making demands on him regarding the lifestyle she wants to have in order for them to reconciliate.

Pieces: Ms. Doone how are you supporting yourself now?
Ms. Doone: I currently live with someone who was able to assist me as I had nowhere to go after we separated.
Mr. Wyatt: You had no place to go, how about job searchin? She gets out of these places a lot faster than she did our marriage.
Pieces: Mr. Wyatt I suppose there are some suits, that are not worth the squeeze to get into!
Mr. Wyatt: I've given her all of the sugar cane she could ask for.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT, Ms. Doone sign her X on the line provided.
