CIVIL MATTER

Plaintiff

vs.

Defendant

Bryer Santana and Virgo Rhymes decided to settle their disagreement with Pieces. Apparently, Ms. Santana was checking out Ms. Rhymes male at work. The two ended up in a dispute and are now out on disciplinary suspension.

Pieces: Interesting little package came your way, as I understand it Ms. Santana.
Ms. Santana: It was so interoffice and hardly little!
Ms. Rhymes: Had she paid attention to her work, it would have been done when due and asked for!
Pieces: So now you both are suspended without pay.
Ms. Rhymes: So now you understand how she furthured my problem. First she was checkin out my male and when I questioned her she damn near got me fired.
Ms. Santana: It was not something I could help. I would go through on my daily duties and he would just come out of nowhere. So I had to find a way to rid myself of the situation.
Pieces: If you were being harassed you should have spoken sooner then all of this could have been avoided.
Ms. Santana: I just considered it work and nothing else. I didn't see it as incriminating because I know I am not the only one that does this.
Ms. Rhymes: I would really have appreciated it if she would look and respond to the other male that was giving her responses.
Pieces: Please, in the future for both of your sakes, you will ruin your work reputations over a male which is really not worth fighting over. Where is this guy now? Is he aware of all the trouble caused and was he reprimanded as well?
Ms. Santana: I haven't heard from him in a few days.
Ms. Rhymes: That's cause he only contacts you when he needs something.
Pieces: And on that note, I will return with my decision.

ANALYSIS

Ms. Santana and Ms. Rhymes work for a notification company that dispatches contact messages by e-mail to various clients. It appears that both women received the same e-mail sent from a customer and they both read and responded to it. Since the e-mail was considered confidential Ms. Rhymes argued with Ms. Santana for responding because the e-mail she thought was sent to her only and that Ms. Santana should have not read the responses she replied back  with regarding the e-mail. It was subsequently discovered that the particular e-mail sender sends a lot of similar messages to various workers in the office and that the replies from the e-mailer and  the responses from Ms. Santana to the e-mail were sent to everyone in the office.

Pieces: Why did you take this piece of junk mail so serious?

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that both women remain on suspension. Upon return to work they are ordered to stay under constant review with regards to their assignments.
