Declaration of City Disaster Tax

Scope

This is an optional tax for individuals to pay the proposed tax 5% tax every year. These monies are set aside for hardship and disaster reimbursement. These funds can be withdrawn to use as finances during that time to relocate, re-build in material of  property loss during disaster. 

The federal government has a long and outstanding contribution with regard to disaster and crisis implementation. Those who suffer loss or hardship may apply for aid of sorts in order to recover and build ne...
