Pieces: What actually caused you to fall?

DTA: Ohhhh! Let me answer.

Pieces: Go ahead.

DTA: Divine was a walkin wit her tipsy butt down the aisle not lookin where she was walking and Bangle who was pushin the food cart wit all the food on the tray was movin past and this Divine here fell onto the cart. And completely cleared it out wit her tall self. Everything fell to the floor, the meals were ruined, and well Divine looked a mess and ruined her dress in the process.

Divine Clark is enraged over the attention given to a dress she was wearing. She states that if she were to "fly" dress again that she will insure her body resulting from this incident. Because of all the attention and "trippin" on the runway Divine and the clothes she was wearing were damaged. Ms. Clark is now seeking reimbursement.

Ike Fontain is distressed over trouble that continued to start with the defendant Mike Summers. Mr. Summers says that Mr. Fontain shops around for trouble and it eventually found him - now that it has he won't own up to the cost of it all.

Pisha Waters decided to settle her claim against a business partner since she says it's his fault "their business" went belly up.

Josh: Madlee became very angry. She felt that I should have had the reception for those invited at least, as a token of appreciation. She said that the money would not have been wasted because the family and guests could have eaten and enjoyed themselves. Now the club recieved payment for the occupying of the space because it was too late to sell it to someone else including all that went along with it.  My answer to this was if she wanted to hold a party for herself, then fine just don't inv...
