Vasodilation is the widening of the blood vessels because of smooth relaxation inside the vessel walls in the large veins, arteries and smaller arterioles. Vasodilation increases blood flow through the body to the areas that are in need of it. Vasodilators or medications that dilate blood vessels are used for conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, angina, congestive heart failure and other disorders.

Vasodilation subsequently has an effect on the removal of contractions that are dependent on intracellular calcium ion concentrations by lowering the calcium concentrations and phosphorylation of the light channel of the contractile protein myosin or dephosphorylation. Since magnesium can regulate the calcium ion stream in the neuronal calcium channels, as a supplement or injectable if a person were injected with Magnesium Sulfate or take the equivalent in supplements there is a good chance of dilation response regarding the arteries and improved blood circulation through the heart and the extremities, upper and lower in the body.

The body can be subjected to autoimmunity, which is when an organism within the body cannot recognise itself and the immune respose begins to fight against it since the body does not have an immune response against its own tissue. Large amounts of nitric oxide can cause some autoimmune diseases and also cause septic shock. Magnesium can assist in regulating production of neuronal nitric oxide.  If one's Magnesium is depleted or a person is deficient due to poor diet and other factors vasodilation can lead to vasoconstriction whereby the arteries will become narrow and the vital organs will recieve less blood.

In having said all of this you're probably wondering what's next.  Yes, I'm the type of person who becomes bothered about many things and usually tries to find a way to sort out such difficulty. In any instance we usually have to vote big brother in or out. People do not feel safe due to the overcrowding of neighborhoods that didn't really exist many years ago. When I first moved here, the only cars that parked on this block were those that belonged to homeowners and very few people walked through the street I live on.  Things have changed, and I'm sure people said there goes the neighborhood when I moved there. Yes, we were without a welcome wagon, literally! Now you have the educated and hardworking all trying to find a decent place to stay, which of course is impossible due to high rents and low paying salaries. It is creative to take homes that no one will buy for single family use and then use them for more than one family, provided that the people who live there are not destructive, disruptive, unruly and do not harass others around them.  The law for zoning is another thing regarding, how many people are actually allowed to live in an area or home.  It is wise to protect the land and surrounding areas you live on and own, but it is just as wise to understand why people decide to move in areas that are deemed safe although they may not be zoned for multi home or family use.  I can't blame someone for wanting to protect themselves from hazzardous surroundings, just as I don't want to live in them myself. I once wrote an article regarding the rehab or refurnishing of old buildings or houses to accomodate single or double occupancy studio or one bedroom apartments for people with very low incomes.  If the jobs are not available for people to work and to be able to afford decent living without having to resort to adjusted living; supplemental or section 8 ect., then what else is a person supposed to do? Will there be a job waiting for them in the south when they finally pack up and go?  I wrote about vasodilation and the widening of blood vessels to increase blood flow. The employment sector has vasoconstricted, in that the blood goes to do it's thing but really has a hard time flowing about.  If there were safe areas and homes zoned for renovation then the appropriate vasodilation can occur without too much of a problem upon single unit homes and neighborhoods that can affect property values over time. The cost of living has not been adjusted across the board so that people like myself can move into safe, clean  and affordable housing.  In that tiny salaries should mean tiny expenditures such as car notes, rent and other necessities. Neighborhoods, cities and states have to realize that this is a national epidemic and can be of third world if the required adjustments are not handled properly.  Just like the census that establishes a populus of people regarding gender, race ect.  to determine the needs of a community, town, city or state. There needs to be a salary and employment census taken once every five years to demographically determine which areas have to be adjusted pertaining to the cost of living. Unless the powers that be want people like myself living on a set on 20 inch rims then, it may be time to gather salary and employment information in order to create safe, clean and affordable housing and living expenses in comparison to what people actually earn you know that "take home pay". The salary and employment census-when your salary vasoconstricts because they said" times were hard"; the town, city or state you reside in will implement cost status so it's residents can live in vasodilation!
