The Exercise Chair

August 4, 2011
We ask ourselves, is it possible to be lazy and health conscious at the same time? Sure, if you don't do anything that requires a lot of strength.  If so, then exercise may cease to be effective although the objective to stay healthy was probably there. As we get older the body settles in more. The fat will move in like a stranger and refuse to leave.  Without paying much rent in food it continues to stay.  So who do we blame? The  fatty tissue also known as the stranger or the unemployed metabolism, that for some unknown reason got tired of its job and quit.  Several things go through a persons mind that is, if we don't become too lazy to think as well.  Do we exercise just for show or as an excuse to go shopping?  Or do we go deeper and establish an exercise reigmen to return us to our once desired self?  Please note: those teenage years of baby fat front and back were the student years of our physical selves and as such the unemployed metabolism was given or granted a provisional stay.

When the metabolism gets the message and knows that it must work or be enhanced by artificial substances;  just like energy drinks that help with the lack of energy. Metabolism supplements create the same instance regarding ridding the body of fat.  If exercise and diet can assist us with reducing excess fat within our bodies to prevent the appearance of being overweight, then what does one do when they find themselves working constantly without being able to excercise in between?

The Exercise Chair has the answer. It is designed to move the body by doing sit-up's, leg lifts, arm and stomach crunches and lower body stimulation.  The Exercise Chair is a designed system that raises your legs, arms and back up and down. How does this work? Lets say you are watching tv and a marathon of episodes are on, and you have decided to sit and watch each one of them as your unemployed metabolism refuses to work when you grab a snack from your flight of steps walk to the kitchen or the one giant leap approach; this of course depends upon where you live.  The exercise chair comes completely assembled. You simply fold out the arms, back rest, head rest and leg rest.  You have the option of plugging the chair in to use electricity or by using the battery and charging it up once a month.  Since the chair can be used as a regular one, you don't need to turn it on for that. But, if you want to get some exercise in to prevent you from blending in with your couch; you turn the chair on with the remote control.  You then select what type of exercise you want to do: arms, legs, back and torso ect.  The unique feature is that you can do one leg or arm at a time. For instance if you had surgery or an injury and are unable to exercise both legs or arms you can select the left or right separately.  After that, you place your arms or legs on the arm rest or leg rest(including the rest of you by sitting in the chair) set the timer and speed you wish to go.  Press run and you are off to the races, even if you are sitting on yours.  The exercise chair will begin to move its arm and or leg rests up and down including inward and outward motion to provide exercise as it stimulates your arm and legs. It will also assist with those stomach crunches once you select the back exercise button. The lower body or seat of the chair is equipped with a motion button that will rotate the seat even while you sit on it.  The exercise chair is designed to stimulate the body by increasing the blood flow through the heart while you are sitting watching tv, or on your computer.  This in turn gets the metabolism moving and assists with eliminating body fat from your body. Tablet computers, no problem. The exercise chair comes with a foldable tablet rest so you can put your smaller laptops or ebook readers on them. The Exercise Chair comes in a standard model and one for larger people. Now you can exercise without excuse and most of all be able to do other things at the same time.  The Exercise Chair- the way to multitask!

User-friendly Speaking Software for EMR

July 7, 2011
I know, I know software can be challenging.  It's sort of like reading a manual and then trying to figure out what goes where and how to use something that you bought.  Since computers make it easier and faster to communicate with many people software is designed to make a computer functional in that aspect.  The problem with many software programs is that there is a lot of information within each section or "chapter" of the software that sometimes is not easily noticed when attempting to use...

REUNIONS

June 30, 2011
Who needed a car for this? Let's be honest. Is our future already predicted as those on the stage platform await to hand us our diplomas?  I think about this often, as the ones who molded our years at various schools and institutions stood before us as we sat in cap and gown.  They knew the future and how they wanted it to exist.  So they gathered like cells or I say biblical cells so that the future will be a function in its past state.

How do we know such a hidden ceremony takes place while ...

What's In a Watch?

June 9, 2011
We use watches as portable mechanisms to inform us of the time.  But why is time so important if life does not provide us with the travel that goes along with it? If you travel 50 miles from home just to return to it- this means you haven't gone anywhere.  So why the travel?  This is where time becomes a factor to all things relevant in regard to that distance. When we look at or examine a watch we find that there are 12 numbers(can be roman style) and two dials, one hourly and one minute. Th...

Laundromat Theory

June 2, 2011
As of now if you are reading this blog you are either unemployed, underemployed or maybe very fortunate financially and have a great amount of time on your hands to sift through the internet to see what others have to say.  I would include retired as well but that was discussed in an article written last week.

Washing machines are not made to accomodate people with disabilities, injuries, petite persons or those small in size.  So how do these people wash clothes, if they can't wear the clea...

The Foodshop App

May 12, 2011
Many people dislike to shop for groceries. They may love to do clothes, traveling, home furnishings and appliances. People dislike to go food shopping because it reminds them of cooking. To some cooking is a chore just as cleaning. In supermarkets there are long lines to contend with and the express or even do- it-yourself checkout has it's limitations. In order to ease the stress of grocery shopping if it is done as a chore it will be completed very quickly. By using the tiny portable food s...

Making the heart brighter

May 5, 2011
We cannot see or view our heart resulting from it being inside our body.  Like most internal organs a sense of urgency arises out of pain or abnormal feeling.  People walk, exercise and eat healthy but that alone may not be enough to ensure a healthy heart.  Heart technology is not a new science. Pacemakers have been around since the late 1950's. Although, one may had to have been very, very, very well off financially to afford one.  When the heart is ailing there are medications and procedur...

Automatic Floor Waxer

April 14, 2011

We go to nail salons to get our nails buffed and polished. For those of you who remember, manicurists used to do nails in hair salons. Since the demand created a market of shops that enabled them to do nails and actually make a living out of it for real and false ones. Sometimes our nails to become brittle and break because we do many a task that well, cause our nails to break. Mini Insurance Cards

April 7, 2011
Many people keep important information in their blackberry's or computers.  This is because nowaday's people do not go anywhere without these items.  By using the internet we can instantly access whatever we need to in times of importance or crisis.  We often take for granted that wherever we go will have free wifi or a place to charge our mobile accessories to get important information from.  When pay phones were common people used to carry phone books that would contain addresses and number...

Tungsten In the Body

March 31, 2011

In today's world it is difficult to avoid harmful metals and toxins that invade the body.  Sometimes we go through procedures like CT- scans, MRI's, MRA's or even radiation to either evaluate the presence of a disease or to treat it. In doing this we may become prone to metals or toxins that are produced when using this kind of equipment and accessories.  After repeated use and ongoing testing or treatment a person may have other problems or ailments resulting from the release of these harmfu...
