Has America Drawn the Line?

What does America prepare it's citizens for? To what extent is education considered enough? The US boasts of its universities and colleges, but how many American's get to fulfill all education they desire to achieve? America limits achievement when it offers no more of an investment for it's people to pursue furthur boundary. We eat some foods with our hands or with the use of utensils, that etiquette may never change. But the one change that becomes necessary is the continuance of education in higher and graduate form for all.  If this fails to occur it would be similar to the armed forces training its troops for combat using muskets and rafts.

There should be in place, for what America is unable to compensate in salary of tuition to every person; what is known as the "American Educational Grant". This grant should be of offer to any and everyone who wants to pursue and continue their education even beyond a bachelor's degree. On-line education would be included for this type of grant.

Grants are often provided by foundations in criteria and one must also meet certian qualifications.Once one receives their bachelor degree, grants and scholarships become less available. Thus the reasoning for providing monies in grant to all those interested in purusing an education.

This would mean that anyone with a high school diploma is eligible. If such a program were put forth one can apply on line and when approved the money is given directly to the college the individual plans to attend. Grants are not loans so they do not have to be repaid.

Determination of grant money received would depend and be based on whether or not a person will be working while attending school, their salary and college of attendance. For those who pursue degrees in an area they currenty work in may qualify for additional funds as this education is geared towards advancement in that particular study.

A grant of this magnitude would only salvage what America needs to furthur develop, in obtaining more educational opportunity for all.
