Resulting from mercury levels contained in seafood there presents a fear to those who love and eat foods from the ocean on a daily basis. The threat involving high levels of mercury now discourages those who catch and buy seafood from waters that are contaminated with mercury from eating it. If a way to rid mercury from fish and other seafood is not found, this will prevent businesses consisting of fisherman, restaurants, seafood markets, and grocery stores from operating.
