The weather has changed to the point that we are experiencing more and more blackouts. This is due to heavy rains and snow storms that happen and power companies not being prepared for them. It would be a very tedious job to place durable nets to surround cables and wires hanging over telephone poles ect., so that in the event of a huge storm rain or snow the net will support the cables thus preventing them from snapping once too much rain or snow occurs.  There still is the issue of the tree...
