Does the body get enough rest that it needs?  Is there a formula that we can use individually to help us determine that with the amount of work, moving around, food, supplements or medication and other daily activities done can determine exactly how must rest we need?  Exercise and daily motion is considered good, but there are also other factors such as mental strain or stress that can also cause the body to need more rest than usual.

Who needed a car for this? One of the most challenging aspects with regards to the mentally handicapped is for them to have normal speech or to be able to talk regularly. By talking it means to be able to ask for what they want or to be able to communicate when something is wrong.  It is very difficult to comprehend what an autistic person without speech is thinking.
