Employers in the US appear to be more interested in the health and aid of other countries, rather than to repair it's own.  What is the benefit to a successful business located in the United States if jobs are sent offshore to other countries or to hire immigramts in the US under the H-1B visa program to work?

Obtaining vaccines necessary to foreign travel can become as complicated as getting a passport. People who travel out of the country every now and then go from primary care doctors to infectious disease specialists for vaccinations needed.   Medicine has not become understandable to the point to have such doctors provide these types of vaccines in readily available form to the public. When the "pharmaceutical" is in demand and no cure becomes of immediate supply; the world loses all composition of reinforcement.
